Responsibilities:
Develop integrated communication strategies (IMC) based on market, consumer, and competitor insights.
Build campaign plans including Digital, Social, PR, KOL/KOC, Activation, and Media.
Work with Creative, Media, Social, PR, and Production teams to ensure aligned execution.
Prepare proposals, budgeting, and present strategies to clients.
Manage client expectations, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on KPIs, and prepare post-campaign reports.

Yêu cầu:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in planning/strategy roles in advertising or media agencies.
Strong understanding of IMC, consumer journey, and digital marketing.
Excellent analytical thinking, slide-writing, and presentation skills.
Good teamwork, communication, and client management abilities.
Nice to have:
Experience with media planning/performance data.
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
